Salon Policy: 1. **Appointments**: - Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance. - A 48-hour cancellation notice is appreciated. - Please note that if you book under the Emergency Appointment Calendar it is an additional $50. 2. **Arrival**: - Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early please sit in your car until your scheduled appointment time. - Please arrive with your hair freshly detangled and ready for a shampoo. 3. **Payment**: - We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. No third party payment methods are accepted. - All card payments must pay a convenience fee so that the full service payment is made. - All new clients are required to pay their remaining balance in cash only, no other form of payment will be accepted. 4. **Services**: - Consultations are required for new clients, color services, & wedding services. - We also sell hair extensions for those that would like to include hair check out our website to order Www.snshairstudios.com - If you do not like something please say something before leaving the salon. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please let us know. 7. **No-shows**: - Clients who miss appointments without notice will no longer be allowed to schedule services. 8. **Gift Cards**: - Gift cards are available and can be used for services. 9. **Late Arrivals**: - We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this will result in a longer appointment time along with a late fee charge. 10. **Special Events**: - We offer services for weddings, parties, and special occasions.
